At General Sports, we are dedicated to providing the best customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/items for a full refund of the item/items purchased price. All returned items must be in NEW condition (unwashed, unworn, not sharpened, heat molded or taped) with tags attached and must be in the original packaging.  Returns will not be accepted without a receipt, so be sure to include it in the box. We do not apply additional handling or restocking fees on returns, however the customer is liable for the shipping cost to send the item/items back to General Sports.  Please expect 3-5 business days for standard UPS ground shipping.  Please call (612) 925-4010 ext. 2 with any questions or concerns BEFORE shipping anything back to our returns dept. if your product doesn't meet ALL of the above requirements.

WARRANTY POLICY CHANGE

EFFECTIVE 8/15/2015

All Bauer hockey sticks purchased at General Sports on or after Aug. 15th 2015 that break within the 30 day warranty period can now be returned to the store. You will then be able to take a stick off the shelf and leave with it the same day! In order to do an in-store warranty exchange, you MUST have your original sales receipt with the white sticker attached, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any returns without either will have to be handled through Bauer as before.
